CNC Turning
Our CNC lathes deliver tight-tolerance turned components from a wide range of materials. Whether you need shafts, bushings, spacers, or threaded parts, we hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm with excellent surface finish. Live tooling capability allows cross-holes and flats in the same operation.
CNC Milling
Our CNC milling centers handle everything from simple flat surfaces to complex 3D contours. With 3-axis and 4-axis capability, we produce prismatic parts, pockets, slots, and intricate profiles in a single setup — minimizing handling and maximizing accuracy. Ideal for brackets, housings, plates, and custom fixtures.
5-axis machining lets us cut complex geometries that would be impossible — or require multiple setups — on traditional equipment. By rotating the part and tool simultaneously, we achieve undercuts, compound angles, and organic shapes with fewer operations, tighter tolerances, and superior surface quality.
From standard metric and imperial threads to custom profiles, we cut internal and external threads to precise specifications. Whether single-point turning or tapping, every thread is gauged and verified for fit and function.

CMM Inspection
Every critical part runs through our 5-axis coordinate measuring machine. We generate full dimensional inspection reports — GD&T callouts, true position, profile, and runout — so you have documented proof that every part meets your drawing.
Beyond machining individual components, AGT Precision offers sub-assembly and full mechanical assembly services. We source hardware, press bearings, install inserts, and deliver ready-to-use assemblies — reducing your supply chain complexity and getting you to production faster.
