01How much does CNC machining cost?
Price depends on material, part complexity, tolerances, finish and quantity. Send us your drawing or CAD file through our quote form and we'll send a free, detailed quote within one business day.
02What file formats do you accept?
We accept STEP, STP, IGES, X_T, DWG and PDF drawings. A 3D model plus a 2D drawing with tolerances gives the most accurate quote.
03What tolerances can you hold?
We routinely hold ±0.01 mm on turned and milled features, and verify critical dimensions on our 5-axis CMM.
04Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We machine single prototypes as well as short and long production runs, with the same quality checks at any quantity.
05Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We're in St. Catharines, Ontario, close to the U.S. border, and ship machined parts to customers across Canada and the United States.
06What materials do you machine?
Aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, brass, copper, bronze and engineering plastics such as Delrin, PEEK, PTFE and Nylon.
07Where is your shop located?
Our CNC machine shop is at 94 Dunkirk Rd Unit 5S, St. Catharines, Ontario L2P 3H4 — serving the Niagara Region, Hamilton, Toronto and customers across Canada and the USA.
